Development Team
Just like Jesus Christ, our heart has always been to build the community around us. The Development Committee exists to advice and execute on setting up establishments that

Audit and Benchmark
The Audit and Benchmark Committee is an integral part of the church, dedicated to promoting transparency, accountability, and good stewardship of the resources entrusted to the ministry. It works to review the church’s financial records and practices, ensuring that all operations comply with established policies and uphold the highest standards of integrity. The committee also sets benchmarks to evaluate the effectiveness of church programs and activities, helping to improve efficiency and impact. Through its oversight, the Audit and Benchmark Committee strengthens trust within the congregation and supports the church in fulfilling its mission and vision.
Procurement Committee
This is a vital part of the church, tasked with ensuring that all purchases and acquisitions are carried out with transparency, fairness, and accountability. It oversees the process of sourcing goods and services, making sure they meet the church’s needs while maintaining high standards of quality and value for money. The committee follows proper procedures and ethical practices to ensure resources are used wisely and responsibly. Through its work, the Procurement Committee supports the smooth running of church programs and activities, while upholding integrity and good stewardship in all procurement matters.
Human Resources Committee
It is a key part of the church, dedicated to overseeing the welfare, development, and management of all staff and volunteers who serve in various ministries. It ensures that recruitment, training, and performance management are carried out fairly and in alignment with the church’s values and mission. The committee also works to create a nurturing environment where individuals can grow spiritually and professionally, using their gifts to serve God and the congregation. Through prayerful guidance and reliance on God’s blessings, the Human Resources Committee seeks to foster harmony, unity, and excellence among those called to serve, ensuring that all human resource practices reflect Christian love and stewardship.
Security Team
Since our establishment, God has been gracious to us allowing our numbers to be multiplied as well as the assets that we have as a church. The need for securing the assets that God has entrusted to us has been on the rise. In light of this, this sub-committee advises and implements the employment of the various security measures to ensure that the church property is safe.
